Promotion Criteria​

Classes I to VIII

  1. Attendance above 85% – for classes (I to X) tolerance is 10%.
  2.  Pass% – I & II – 60%
  3. Pass% – III to V – 50%
  4. Pass % – VI to VIII – 40%
  5.  In totality Grace marks only 8 can be given spreaded over all the subjects.
  6. Reexam can be given maximum in 2 subjects. If failing in 3 subjects and aggregate is below 40% child has to repeat the class.
  7.  If the child has not given any PT without any written application (sanctioned) or Medical leave Zero marks will be awarded.
  8. If a child has submitted written application (sanctioned) or medical leave and he has not given one PT then average of other three PTs will be taken.
  9. It a child has submitted written application (sanctioned) or medical leave and he has not given SA then the marks scored in other SA or passing marks whichever is less will be allotted.
